Cheesy dip

🧀 Cheesy Dip (Quick & Creamy)

A warm cheesy dip is perfect for chips, nachos, fries, or vegetables. Here’s a simple version you can make in about 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Cream cheese
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: chopped jalapeños or chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Slowly add the cheddar cheese, stirring constantly so it melts evenly.
  4. Mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the dip becomes smooth and creamy.

Optional Flavor Boosts

  • 🌶 Add chopped Jalapeño for a spicy dip.
  • 🍅 Stir in Salsa for a nacho-style dip.
  • 🥓 Add cooked Bacon bits for extra flavor.
