Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (almond, coconut, oat, or dairy)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients
    In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir well to prevent clumping.
  2. Rest & Absorb
    Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again. This ensures the chia seeds don’t stick together.
  3. Chill
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. The pudding will thicken as the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
  4. Serve
    Top with your favorite fruits (berries, banana slices), nuts, coconut flakes, or granola. Enjoy!
