Here’s a delicious, easy-to-make Chocolate-Covered Caramel and Pecan Clusters recipe—sweet, nutty, and perfect for snacking 🍫🥜

🍬 Chocolate-Covered Caramel & Pecan Clusters

🧾 Ingredients (makes ~12–15 clusters)

  • 12–15 whole pecan halves (or more if you like)
  • 12 soft caramels (unwrapped)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for melting caramels)
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp butter (optional, for chocolate shine)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2. Melt caramels

  • In a small saucepan, melt caramels with milk over low heat until smooth

3. Assemble clusters

  • Place 3 pecan halves in a triangle on the parchment sheet
  • Spoon 1–2 tsp melted caramel over the nuts to hold them together

4. Add chocolate

  • Melt chocolate chips (microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between)
  • Stir in butter if using
  • Drizzle or spoon chocolate over each caramel-covered nut cluster

5. Optional finishing touch

  • Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt over each cluster for flavor contrast

6. Chill

  • Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until chocolate and caramel are firm

7. Serve

  • Enjoy as a sweet snack, gift, or dessert topping

🔥 Tips

  • Use soft caramels for easy melting
  • For extra richness, mix a few chopped pecans into the melted caramel before spooning
  • Store clusters in an airtight container in the fridge for 1–2 weeks

If you want, I can also give a faster no-bake version that uses sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips, ready in 15 minutes with the same gooey taste. Do you want me to do that?
