🍫 Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls

⭐ Ingredients (makes about 20–24 balls)

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)

  • ½ cup honey or corn syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1–1½ cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, makes the chocolate smoother)

Optional add-ins:

  • Mini marshmallows

  • Crushed pretzels

  • Sprinkles

  • Shredded coconut (for rolling)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the base mixture

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the peanut butter + honey until smooth and melted.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.

  3. Add Rice Krispies and mix until fully coated.

2. Shape the balls

  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon at a time and roll into balls.

  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  2. Dip each Rice Krispie ball into the melted chocolate.

  3. Return to parchment and chill another 15–20 minutes until set.
