Here’s a light, fluffy Cloud Cake recipe—almost like biting into a sweet, airy cloud ☁️🍰

☁️ Cloud Cake

🧾 Ingredients (8–10 servings)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar (helps egg whites stay fluffy)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Optional: powdered sugar for dusting or fresh berries for serving

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat and prep

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper

2. Beat egg whites

  • In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form

3. Mix yolks & dry ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, milk, and melted butter
  • Gradually fold in flour until smooth

4. Fold whites into batter

  • Gently fold whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture
  • Use a spatula in a folding motion to keep it airy

5. Bake

  • Pour batter into prepared pan
  • Bake 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Cool slightly before removing from pan

6. Serve

  • Dust with powdered sugar
  • Serve with fresh fruit or a light glaze if desired

🔥 Tips

  • Be gentle when folding egg whites to keep the cake fluffy
  • Don’t overbake—it should remain light and airy
  • Can be layered with whipped cream for a cloud-layered cake

If you want, I can give a super quick “5-minute microwave cloud cake” version that’s ready in a flash and still fluffy. Do you want me to do that?
