Posted on March 5, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Coconut Macaroons 🥥🍪 — chewy, sweet, and perfect for a snack or dessert.

🥄 Ingredients (Makes ~12 macaroons)

  • 2 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips or melted chocolate for dipping

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2️⃣ Mix Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until well mixed

3️⃣ Shape Macaroons

  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form small mounds and place on the baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart

4️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 12–15 minutes until the edges are golden brown
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack

5️⃣ Optional Chocolate Dip

  • Melt chocolate and dip the bottom of cooled macaroons for an extra touch

💡 Tips

  • For extra chewiness, slightly underbake by 1–2 minutes
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week
  • Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness

If you want, I can also give you a healthier coconut macaroon recipe with no sweetened condensed milk or mini chocolate-coconut macaroon bites perfect for parties.
