Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

Posted on March 29, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple, flavorful recipe for crispy roasted cauliflower that comes out golden on the outside and tender inside:

🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika for extra flavor)
  • Optional: 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
Set your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Prep the cauliflower
Wash and dry the florets well (dry = crispier!). Cut into evenly sized pieces.
  3. Season
In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Make sure every piece is coated.
  4. Arrange for crispiness
Spread florets in a single layer on the tray—don’t overcrowd them.
  5. Roast
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Optional finishing
Sprinkle Parmesan in the last 5 minutes for a cheesy crust.

🔥 Tips for Extra Crispiness

  • Don’t skip drying the cauliflower
  • Use high heat (220°C is key)
  • Give them space on the tray
  • Roast on the middle or lower rack

🍋 Optional Add-Ons

  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice before serving
  • Toss with chili flakes for heat
  • Drizzle with tahini or yogurt sauce

If you want, I can give you an air fryer version or a spicy desi-style twist 😄
