Ingredients (4–6 servings)

  • 3–4 lb (1.4–1.8 kg) pre-cooked ham (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) pineapple slices, with juice
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional for tang)
  • Maraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)
  • Toothpicks (if using cherries)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crockpot
    • Place ham in the crockpot.
    • Pour pineapple slices and juice over the ham.
  2. Make glaze
    • In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard.
    • Spread glaze over the ham.
  3. Cook
    • Cover and cook on low 4–6 hours or high 2–3 hours, until heated through and glaze is bubbly.
  4. Optional garnish
    • Secure pineapple slices with toothpicks.
    • Place maraschino cherries in the center of pineapple rings before serving.
  5. Serve
