Here’s a super easy, foolproof 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge—no baking, no candy thermometer, ready in minutes 😋


🥜 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
    (creamy works best; natural is OK but stir very well)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Line a small pan (8×8 in / ~20×20 cm) with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and condensed milk.
  3. Microwave 30 seconds, stir.
  4. Microwave another 30 seconds, stir until smooth.
    • (Or melt gently in a saucepan over low heat.)
  5. Pour into the pan and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Tips for best results

  • Use regular peanut butter for the creamiest texture.
  • If using natural PB, add 1–2 tbsp butter if it seems crumbly.
  • For cleaner cuts, warm the knife under hot water and wipe dry.

Optional add-ins (still easy!)

  • Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Chocolate chips swirled on top

Storage

  • Fridge: up to 1 week
  • Freezer: up to 2 months
