Here’s a simple, flavorful recipe for easy stuffed peppers in the air fryer — perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


🌶️ Easy Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • ½ small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Peppers

  • Slice tops off the peppers and remove seeds.
  • Lightly brush with olive oil (optional).
  • Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 3–5 minutes.

2️⃣ Make the Filling

  • In a skillet, cook ground meat until browned.
  • Add onion and garlic; sauté 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked rice, marinara, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer 3–5 minutes.

3️⃣ Stuff & Cook

  • Spoon mixture into each pepper.
  • Place peppers upright in air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 360°F (180°C) for 10–12 minutes.

4️⃣ Add Cheese

  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Air fry another 3–5 minutes, until melted and bubbly.

About 25–30 minutes

  • 🥦 Make it vegetarian: swap meat for black beans or lentils
  • 🌮 Mexican style: add taco seasoning + corn + pepper jack
