- 1 cup cooked ground beef, sausage, or chicken
- ½ cup cooked bacon or pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- ½ cup sautéed onions & peppers
- ½ cup mushrooms or olives
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
Seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Black pepper, to taste
For topping
- 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- Optional: sesame seeds or dried herbs
Method
- Preheat oven
190°C / 375°F. Line a baking tray. - Roll dough
Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on floured surface. - Add fillings
Spread sauce lightly (don’t overdo it).
Layer meats, veggies, cheese, and seasoning. - Roll & seal
Roll up tightly like a jelly roll.
Pinch seams and tuck ends underneath. - Top
Brush with butter or oil. Sprinkle Parmesan and herbs. - Bake
Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden brown. - Rest & slice
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
