Half a cup of this in the morning and say goodbye to bone pain, diabetes, nerves, anxiety, depression and heaviness.

That claim is not supported by scientific evidence. There is no drink or ingredient that can, with “half a cup in the morning,” cure or eliminate all of these conditions:

  • Bone pain
  • Diabetes
  • Nerve problems
  • Anxiety disorder
  • Depressive disorder
  • General feelings of heaviness or fatigue

These conditions have different causes and require different approaches. While a nutritious breakfast and healthy lifestyle can support overall health, no single food or drink has been proven to treat all of them.

Some ingredients commonly featured in these viral claims—such as turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, or herbal teas—may have limited evidence for certain benefits (for example, helping with inflammation or supporting blood sugar management), but they are not substitutes for medical treatment.
