Posted on December 8, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a delicious Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower recipe — sweet, spicy, crispy, and perfect as a side dish or snack!

🔥🍁 Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1–2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust for spice level)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional but amazing)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional garnish: sesame seeds, chopped green onion, lime wedge

Instructions

1. Preheat

Set oven to 425°F (220°C) — high heat gives the best caramelization.

2. Make the sauce

In a bowl, whisk together:

  • Maple syrup

  • Sriracha

  • Soy sauce

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic powder

  • Smoked paprika

  • Pinch of salt & pepper

3. Coat the cauliflower

  • Toss cauliflower florets in the sauce until well coated.

  • Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure pieces are not crowded.

4. Roast

Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are browned and crispy.

5. Finish & serve

  • Drizzle with a little extra maple syrup or Sriracha if you want more sweet or heat.

  • Add sesame seeds or green onion for crunch and color.

Serve hot as a side, appetizer, or even in tacos or grain bowls!

⭐ Tips

  • For extra crispiness, roast on a metal baking sheet without parchment.

  • Add 1 tbsp rice vinegar to the sauce if you want a tangy kick.

  • Air fryer version available too — just ask!

Want the air fryer version, glazed version, or a sheet-pan meal with tofu or chicken?
