Mini baked Parmesan potato rounds are crispy, cheesy bites made with sliced potatoes, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. They’re simple, flavorful, and great as a snack or side dish.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 3–4 medium potatoes (russet or Yukon Gold)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the potatoes
    Cut potatoes into thin rounds (about ¼ inch thick).
  3. Season
    In a bowl, toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add Parmesan
    Sprinkle a small mound of Parmesan on the baking sheet for each potato slice. Place a potato round on top of each mound so the cheese bakes underneath.
  5. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the Parmesan turns golden and crispy.
  6. Serve
    Let cool slightly, then remove from the tray and garnish with parsley.
