🥣 3-Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients (per 1–2 servings)

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana
    • In a bowl, mash until smooth.
  2. Mix ingredients
    • Add the egg and oats, stir until combined into a batter.
  3. Cook
    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
    • Spoon batter into small pancakes.
    • Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Serve
    • Top with fresh fruit, yogurt, nut butter, or a drizzle of honey.
