Posted on March 19, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a tasty and easy way to make a Reuben Crescent Bake—all the flavors of a classic Reuben sandwich in a simple casserole form 😋

🥐 Reuben Crescent Bake

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz corned beef, chopped or sliced
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sauerkraut, drained
  • ¼ cup Thousand Island or Russian dressing
  • Optional: 1 tbsp butter for brushing

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven
  • Preheat to 190°C (375°F)
  1. Prepare the Dough
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles
  • Arrange in a greased baking dish so the triangles slightly overlap, forming a base
  1. Layer Ingredients
  • Spread corned beef evenly over the dough
  • Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top
  • Add drained sauerkraut evenly
  • Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing
  1. Top Layer
  • Optionally, fold overlapping dough triangles over the filling
  • Brush lightly with melted butter for a golden finish
  1. Bake
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until dough is golden and cooked through
  1. Serve
  • Let it cool a few minutes
  • Slice into squares and enjoy

🔥 Tips:

  • Drain the sauerkraut well to avoid soggy dough
  • Add extra cheese on top for a gooey finish
  • Serve with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side

If you want, I can give you a faster, 5-ingredient version that’s perfect for busy nights but just as flavorful.
