Reuben sliders

Posted on March 15, 2026 by Admin

Reuben Sliders are mini sandwiches inspired by the classic Reuben sandwich—packed with savory Corned beef, tangy Sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and creamy Thousand Island dressing on soft rolls. They’re perfect for parties, game days, or quick dinners. 🥪🔥

Ingredients

  • 12 Slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • ¾ lb sliced Corned beef
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut, drained well
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, cut in halves
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 3 tbsp melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

Set oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Prepare the rolls

Slice the slider buns in half horizontally while keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.

3. Layer the fillings

Add layers in this order:

  1. Corned beef
  2. Sauerkraut
  3. Swiss cheese
  4. Thousand Island dressing

Place the top half of the buns over the fillings.

4. Brush with butter

Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the rolls.

5. Bake

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.

6. Serve

Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

✅ Tip: For extra flavor, sprinkle Caraway seeds on top to mimic the taste of classic Rye bread.

If you want, I can also show you a 20-minute skillet version of Reuben sliders that gets the buns extra crispy like a diner sandwich. 🥪✨
