Posted on April 28, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple, tasty way to make Roasted Cauliflower—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and full of flavor.

🥦 Roasted Cauliflower (Easy Recipe)

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional, for smoky flavor)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Optional toppings: lemon juice, parmesan cheese, chili flakes, fresh herbs

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Set oven to 200°C (400°F)

2. Prepare cauliflower

  • Wash and cut into bite-sized florets
  • Dry well (important for crispiness)

3. Season

  • In a bowl, mix cauliflower with:
    • olive oil
    • salt
    • pepper
    • paprika & garlic powder
  • Toss until evenly coated

4. Roast

  • Spread on a baking tray in a single layer
  • Bake for 25–35 minutes
  • Flip halfway through for even browning

5. Finish & serve

  • Optional: squeeze lemon juice on top
  • Add parmesan or herbs if desired

😋 Tips for best results

  • Don’t overcrowd the tray (helps crisping)
  • High heat = better caramelization
  • Dry cauliflower well before roasting
  • For extra crunch, roast 5–10 minutes longer

🍽️ Serving ideas

  • Side dish with chicken, fish, or lentils
  • Add to salads or grain bowls
  • Dip in yogurt-garlic sauce or hummus
