🧾 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • ½ lb scallops
  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • ½ lb cod, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken or seafood broth
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon juice

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Sear the seafood

  • Heat oil + 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium-high heat
  • Sear scallops 1–2 minutes per side until golden → remove
  • Cook shrimp until pink (2–3 minutes) → remove
  • Lightly cook cod pieces (2–3 minutes) → remove
    👉 Don’t overcook—finish later in sauce

2. Make the garlic sauce

  • In the same pan, add remaining butter
  • Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute)
  • Pour in broth → simmer 2–3 minutes

3. Add cream & cheese

  • Stir in heavy cream and parmesan
  • Simmer gently until sauce thickens

4. Combine

  • Return scallops, shrimp, and cod to the pan
  • Spoon sauce over and cook 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through

5. Finish & serve

  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, and a squeeze of lemon
  • Garnish with parsley
  • Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread

  • Pat seafood dry before searing for a golden crust
  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor
