🥩 Slow Cooker Beef (Tender & Flavorful)
A slow cooker beef recipe is great because the meat becomes very tender and rich in flavor after slow cooking.
Ingredients
- 1–1.5 kg Beef (chuck roast or stew beef)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 3 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Carrot (cut into chunks)
- 2 Potato (optional, chopped)
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion, carrots, and potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Put the beef on top of the vegetables.
- Mix beef broth, soy sauce, tomato paste, garlic, and spices in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the beef.
- Cover and cook:
- Low: 7–8 hours
- High: 4–5 hours
- When done, the beef should be very tender and easy to shred.
