Posted on February 23, 2026 by Admin

If you’ve got smoked salmon and a baking dish, you can turn it into something creamy, savory, and impressive with very little effort. Here are two easy options depending on what you have.

🥘 Creamy Smoked Salmon Bake

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 8 oz (225 g) smoked salmon, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (Swiss, mozzarella, or Gruyère)
  • 1 small onion or 2 green onions, chopped
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: fresh dill, spinach, or cherry tomatoes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. Spread smoked salmon evenly in the dish.
  4. Whisk eggs, cream, pepper, and herbs.
  5. Pour mixture over salmon.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake 20–30 minutes until set in the center.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

✔ Great for brunch
✔ Low-carb friendly
✔ Delicious with toast or a side salad

🍝 Smoked Salmon Pasta Bake

🛒 Ingredients

  • 8 oz cooked pasta
  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 cup cream or cream cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • Garlic (1–2 cloves)
  • Lemon zest
  • Fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked pasta with cream, garlic, lemon zest, and salmon.
  2. Transfer to baking dish.
  3. Top with Parmesan.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until bubbly.

💡 Tips

  • Smoked salmon is already salty — go easy on added salt.
  • Don’t overbake or it can dry out.
  • Add spinach for extra nutrition.

If you tell me what else you have in your fridge, I can tailor a specific baked dish around it.
