  3. Shape and Bake
    • Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared pan.

  4. Prepare Glaze
    • Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl.
    • About 10–15 minutes before the end of baking, brush glaze over the meatloaf.

  5. Rest and Serve
    • Let meatloaf rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
    • Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, or collard greens for a true Southern meal.
