Here’s a delicious, easy recipe for Strawberry Brownies — rich, fudgy chocolate with a bright strawberry twist.

🍓 Ingredients (Makes 12 brownies)

For the Brownie Batter:

  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200 g) sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For the Strawberry Swirl:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed (or thawed frozen)
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on strawberry sweetness)

🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • 350°F (175°C)
  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.

2️⃣ Make Brownie Batter

  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix gently until combined — don’t overmix.

3️⃣ Prepare Strawberry Puree

  • Blend strawberries until smooth.
  • Stir in sugar if needed.

4️⃣ Assemble

  1. Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry puree on top.
  3. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect.

5️⃣ Bake

  • 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the chocolate part comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Avoid overbaking for fudgy brownies.

6️⃣ Cool & Serve

  • Let cool completely for easier slicing.
  • Optional: dust with powdered sugar or add fresh strawberry slices on top.

🍫 Tips for Best Results

  • Fudgy texture: Use less flour and don’t overmix.
  • Strawberry flavor boost: Add a few freeze-dried strawberry pieces to the batter.
  • Chocolate lovers: Add 1/4 cup chocolate chips for extra gooeyness.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
