Here’s a simple, rich strawberry cream you can make in minutes—great for desserts, cakes, or just eating by itself.


🍓 Strawberry Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (washed & chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (chilled)
  • 2–3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the strawberries
Mash or blend the strawberries until smooth (leave a few chunks if you like texture).

2. Whip the cream
In a cold bowl, beat the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.

3. Combine
Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream. Add vanilla if using.

4. Chill & serve
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for best flavor, then serve.


Variations

  • Light version: Use whipped topping instead of heavy cream
  • Dessert upgrade: Layer with cake or biscuits for a quick trifle
  • Extra flavor: Add a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten the taste

Tips

  • Use cold cream for better whipping
  • Don’t overmix after adding strawberries or it may become runny
  • Fresh strawberries taste best, but frozen (thawed) work too
