3. Assemble the pie

  • Pour the warm cornstarch glaze over the berries.
  • Gently stir to coat all berries.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2–3 hours to set the filling completely.

5. Serve

  • Top with whipped cream or extra strawberries, if desired.
