Weight Watchers-friendly mousse

Posted on January 8, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a delicious, Weight Watchers-friendly mousse that’s creamy, chocolatey, and low in points 🍫✨

Chocolate Protein Mousse (WW-Friendly)

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1 ripe avocado (adds creaminess without fat overload)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2–3 tbsp sweetener (like Stevia, Erythritol, or a small amount of honey)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 2–3 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt for extra creaminess

Instructions

  1. Scoop the avocado into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and yogurt if using.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Chill in the fridge 30–60 minutes before serving.
  5. Optional topping: fresh berries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Why It’s Weight Watchers-Friendly

  • Uses avocado instead of heavy cream or butter
  • No added sugar
  • High in fiber and healthy fats to keep you full
  • Optional Greek yogurt adds protein without many points

Tips & Variations

  • Berry mousse: Blend in ½ cup frozen berries instead of cocoa for a fruity version
  • Coffee mousse: Add 1 tsp instant coffee for mocha flavor
  • Protein boost: Add 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder

💡 WW Points Estimate:

  • About 2–3 points per serving (depending on sweetener and optional ingredients)

If you want, I can also share a 2-ingredient chocolate mousse that’s under 1 WW point per serving—super easy, creamy, and practically zero guilt 😋

Do you want me to share that version?
